Hofhain is a persistent browser farming game about planning a growing farm. Crops, animals, storage, production, customers, orders and expansion influence each other, so progress comes from managing the whole operation instead of one isolated timer.
The current game interface is primarily German.

Long-term farm management
Hofhain is designed around gradual expansion. New buildings, machines, helpers and production areas add possibilities, but every expansion creates new requirements elsewhere. A larger farm needs more storage, stronger supply chains and reliable ways to use or sell its output.
That means the best next step is not always the most expensive upgrade. If storage is full, extra production can make the problem worse. If feed is scarce, adding more animals increases pressure instead of profit. Players who keep some reserves and expand the actual bottleneck build a more stable farm over time.
Longer crops and production times can also be useful when you know you will be away from the game. Shorter cycles are better when you are actively checking the farm. Matching production to your play rhythm is part of the management layer, not just a waiting mechanic.
